betty crocker. I also have a book of recipes from my 2 years of Taste of Home and friends and family that are tried and true. I have many books, but these are the two I use almost every night.

My favorite cookbook is How to Cook Everything. I've checked it out from the library at least five times.

ITA...this was the one cookbook that I didn't sell when we moved here. I knew I would need it! I was just getting into really cooking before we moved...I wish I had had more time to explore.

Williams Sonoma -- Dessert--- has all the classics. Everything is good from choc. chip cookies to cheesecake to berry cobbler
Anything by Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa)

That was four. Four I can't live without though.

Best of Southern Living, and one my mom got free for buying a set of encyclopedias, called Women's Home Companion. There is a pineapple cream pie in there that is to die for. Kim <><
