Potty learning/potty training ???
What is the difference? When my older children were young, we said potty trained once they used the toilet regularly on their own but I keep hearing the new phrase and wonder what it is about? Is this a difference philosophy? Can anyone explain?
Thanks!

Re: Potty learning/potty training ???
I think it has more to do with it being child lead. Instead of 'training' your child to use the pottty, the child learns at their own pace.

Ok, I see. Wasn't sure if it was more complex or not.
Thank you.

YUP but it is hard to get others to understand that concept too that we don't want to force him to PL!
