Also wanted to add something that was posted on my FB recently.
Many people use this as one of the reasons to circ. Also
men are more likely to get breast cancer than they are to get penile cancer.
The foreskin actually PROTECTS the penis from disease not the opposite.

I don't have the TOS memorized, as they're pretty loose here, but I'm guessing it was because it was sparked by talking about another thread here on DS. That usually irritates mods.
