What do I do with them... I went on the lemonade diet and I am no where near using all of the lemons. I think I probably have 40 or more!

Squeeze the juice into ice cube trays and freeze for use in recipes later on.

SOmetimes I wish I drank... Well, I will do the freezer thing. I have been on a lemonade diet for too long. I am S&T of lemonade!
