you can also use the rind for cleaning/deodorizing your garbage disposal in your sink. Cut some rinds up into managable chunks, run the hot water and let'r'rip. Throw a few chunks of ice in there and it'll all sharpen the blades and makes the kitchen smell good.

I have gone from 241.5 to 226.5 in about 9 days. I think that is good. PS... Don't you dare tell anyone my weight *BLUSH*. I don't think I looked like I weighed that much!
