Yup I just finished at 226.00lbs. That is great for me. I will find the link that I used. It is hard but well worth the dress size that I lost.

Oh, also, I juiced all of the lemons last night. I think they might have gone bad soon. Sorry.

i got the WAHM approval, but i'm not going to start until around mid dec. Time is a prob. for me right now! see you tomorrow
