Re: She's outgrown the bouncer...now what?
Dh likes to take our 1yo in the shower with him but I prefer to shower ALONE since that's the ONLY time I'm alone! LOL I'm not sure how your house is set up but could you keep the door open and put an exersaucer in the hallway in front of the door?? Otherwise I'd def. recommend a water sling! I just like to be alone in the shower I guess... LOL

Re: She's outgrown the bouncer...now what?
I used to just take DS into the tub with me but his legs are serial casted again so he can't take a bath.
SO, now I put him in his booster chair (it has a tray) and bring lots of books and toys. The ones with the suction cups are especially good because then I don't have to go chasing them all over the bathroom floor.

Re: She's outgrown the bouncer...now what?
I didn't read through all the posts, but I'd suggest a Johnny Jumper thing that hangs from the door frame and she can hang out in there with a toy or something while you shower!

DS showered with me or was in a jumper in the doorway.

Re: She's outgrown the bouncer...now what?
I used to put my son in his Exersaucer with Baby Einstein on the DVD. That way he could play OR watch but couldn't get into trouble

Re: She's outgrown the bouncer...now what?
After DD outgrew the bouncer ( at about 4months
) I put her in her swing. We had one of those Fisher Price foldable travel swings...it was much more compact than a regular swing and fit just perfectly in our teeny bathroom.
