Hi! I'm in Fort Madison. I'm going to GRWH there in Burlington for prenatal appt's as I did with DS. I'm focusing on using Becky the midwife this time. She's great!

Would any of you ladies be willing to share some info on Iowa with me? I looking within an hour of Des Moines. IS there bad crime, drugs? What are the grocery store chains? Any ares to avoid? Cost of living say avg. price of a 4 bed 2 bath home?
