period problems
dont know where else to post this but here goes....
I have a copper IUD that i want out but started low dosed bcp called "yaz" its lower than yasmine started those when i started spotting (thought was af) and have been bleeding since its been 21 days. i went to my gyn and she said it was the pills and keep taking them and once im the third row of my next pack she will remove my iud.......ok great but im supposed to start my period in like a week or so and im still bleeding!!!!! grr im thinking about goin to the er tomorrow and saying if they dont take it out someone is gettin sued (lol i dont think i can do that though) i have hated my iud for soo long it hurts and horrible periods but this is the longest! i want it out plus we want to ttc this fall! honestly im about ready to finish this pack of bcp and stop taking them and just call her in three weeks to remove it!! ahh any help????

Why can't it be removed sooner???? I think it really odd to put you on the pill and then make you keep the iud in especially if it hurts. If it were me I would stop the pill and find another Dr. to remove the iud asap but I am a Dr's nightmare for a patient.

idk she is really hesitant to remove it pry bc i might get pregnant? idk i wouldnt care if i did i would love another child thats not her decision...... should i just go to the hospital or another obgyn??

Another obgyn. The hospital may not remove it unless it is an emergency.

I had mine removed almost 2 weeks ago due to bleeding of some sort almost every single day for a year!
That was ENOUGH for me!I would change drs this one isn't listening to you!
