Thumbs down How to handle folks who dont send you your stuff you paid for????

Ok....I have a question.

When someone pays someone else money for diapers, and then the seller is over two weeks past receiving payment, what can someone do to either make the seller give their money back or mail the diapers?

I just heard in conversation with another mama on here that she has two or three sellers who have never mailed her diapers, even though she paid them over two weeks ago.

I think this is totally unacceptable.

How do we handle deadbeat sellers, besides just leaving bad feedback?? This mama deserves either her diapers or her money back.

Well, I would definetly be contacting this person - which I'm sure you have already. Also, file a claim or dispute against them if you used paypal.

Re: How to handle folks who dont send you your stuff you paid for????

what about if a long time has passed since you first pay palled them the money? On March 10 I sent a former member of DiaperSwappers (cannot remember their user name now, sorry!) $20 for mama pads... had to remind her 3 or 4 times what my order was (and that I had paid). In the meantime, she left DS, and said she was having 'problems'... around 4/27 I asked about either recieving the mama pads i paid for, or getting a refund of my moeny, and she said she has been sick. I told her where to pay pal the refund... and have not recieved the money. I sent her another e-mail again 5/11, and have recieved no response. Is it too late for me to file with pay pal?

Yes, unfortunately, that is true.

If emails and PMs don't resolve the issue, a paypal dispute/claim needs to be filed within 45 days. Feedback definately should be left after that...
