Yup, we buy the big things of deli cheese and slice/grate it oursleves. As long as you wrapit up properly it can last up to a year.

the only cheese you cant freeze is cream cheese.. it gets all curdley and yucky,lol.. but other than that we freeze all our cheeses. Cheddar, colby, mozz. everything

Interesting, I freeze cream cheese (and cheddar/mozza) with no problems.....
