Does anyone know... if you had excess lipase the first time around, will you have it again with subsequent babies?

I think so mama. Both times for me anyway. I know, it sucks and really limits what we can do with our milk.

I try to look on the bright side - I hate pumping with a passion.

likely you will have it again, sorry, BTDT but not a good pumper either but wanted to pump freeze and the scalding is a PITA
