PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU SEND PAYPAL USING THE PERSONAL TAB, YOU THE BUYER, WILL NOT BE COVERED IN THE EVENT THAT THE PACKAGE IS NOT MAILED OR IS LOST! You cannot file a paypal claim if you have paid using the personal tab.

Hi! I'm trying to get verified to sell for the first time - a friend recommended I try this site. When I get to the stage where it asks for a phone number to get the code, I get an error box that says "insufficient funds". What does that mean? Does that mean I need to have funds in my paypal account? If so, how much?
