Sellers are required to figure the fees into their asking price. There is a sticky in each forum explaining this. If someone ask you to cover their fees point them to the sticky

I had one who wanted me to cover fees, I pointed out that she is not supposed to do that. Next message acted like she didn't get my message...

The sticky should say the "Seller" pays paypal fees, factoring it into the asking price. Not "the buyer". that makes it too confusing.

Could a mod please clarify this with regards to international shipping? The options for international that have DC are several times the ones that don't, making them pass from a cost effective into the land of ridiculousness. Most times you could purchase a new diaper for less than it would cost to ship, let alone purchase a used diaper and ship it here priority or express.

Example - a 4"x4"x1" package that weighs half a pound costs $5.44 to ship to New York, which is right across the border with no DC. It costs nearly $15 to ship with DC. I know things are similar with US postage.

Post #80. I don't think DS is requiring DC on international shipments, but they HIGHLY recommend it due to buyers who might try to scam the seller even if the package arrives (happened to me). That is just my interpretation, though.

I am thinking of selling my newborn diapers. How do I find out the paypal fees and estimate shipping so I can work out if it is worth selling them or keeping for a potential future baby? Does anyone have an average estimate of these extra costs to factor into my price?
