Need help w/ a DS bad experience!

I just joined DS recently to find some ruffled bottom cloth AIOs for my granddaughter that is coming soon. Had one great experience buying one, paying through PP, but also neeed a NB size.

Entered into an agreement on the 8th of Dec. Paid via PP on the 8th, emailed back and forth through the 11th and the AIO was supposed to be made that day so I will have for Christmas. Have had NO correspondence since the 11th and no diaper to be found. She won't respond to my private messages or email. What do I do now ???

The person I made the agreement with - and paid has 41 ratings - and all positive.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can open a claim on paypal but honestly I would wait another week. I know you are frustrated, but it still may arrive by Christmas.
