Awesome Custom Fleece! Soakers Longies

I have never used fleece before so any info would be greatly apprecitated. From what I understand you can use the same soaker unless you get poop on it? Can you put fleece soakers under pants? I think I want some fleece board shorts (I think that's what the others were calling them) in some basic colors to match his outfits. And possibly some of the regular soakers. I am having trouble tracking down my tape measure though
