That would be great if possible. This type of issue seems related to FSOT forum and not the same types of problems we have seen ie pages getting hijacked and redirected to another site or pop up requesting to scan your computer.

The terms and phrases in FSOT might be tripping up the scanners, that is a possibility.

I've had 3 virus' pop up so far and I'm only 15% through my scan for the day...

It only happens to me when I have my ad blocker off.

DS Ads are annoying. They make the site horrible slow.

Admin, thanks for looking into this issue. My DH is a network admin for his work and spent about 3 hours cleaning malware off my machine. When he gets home I'll ask him if he kept a log somewhere of the files. Like the PP said, it was hiding all over the operating system and really gave DH a hard time. I also have a screen shot of my most recent 'attack' a couple days ago that I'm hoping I can access now and post to you.

This was the day after the software upgrade, two days after DH fixed my OS. I don't know why it's so small. I'll try and get a better one.

My computer crashed last night... Had to restore it..

I had antivirus too.. One of the best..

Our computer was taken down with the sysguard in Dec. Took the pro clean up guys two weeks to get it taken care of. They had to actually wipe the whole computer blank and order a new windows operating system from HP. Got it back and it went down with the malware/prn thing about two weeks later. Took them another two weeks to clean it up this time and my dh doesn't allow me on DS from any of our computers any longer. It really stinks. This is the only site we suspect of causing the infections. I am sorry I don't know enough about it to give you any helpful info. That doesn't really seem fair to me either, but I love the site enough to do anything that will allow me to use at home again other than from a public computer. Thanks for working hard on this problem.

You should run a scan on your PC to pick up whatever is there - ensure your AV is updated.

There is no one making you 'feel' that you supposed to buy a subscription - not the case. The members who have chosen to be a site supporter do so by themselves.

In fact if you have been keeping updated on the changes around here you would notice that the amount of reports have decreased and people can have a safe browsing experience here. We have made it a priority to eliminate these problems.

This thread was created to track reports, not people's past experiences or issues. If you have a current virus report, please post it. Anything that is not a report will be deleted so we can keep on top of the people who are currently having issues.
