Virus/Malware Reports - Please post here

I know this is an older thread, and my problem is not exactly a virus, but I don't know where to put it.

When I log on on my husband's laptop (running Firefox with Ad-Block) everything is fine.
When I log on on my Wii (because my computer is dead) I get random pop-ups saying that "such & such site has an invalid security certificate". I'm fairly sure it's related to one of the ads, but I'm not sure which one. I don't remember off the top of my head WHICH site it says... And it only happens at random times. The Wii runs a mini version of Opera I think...

I'm gonna keep an eye on it and try to write it down next time it happens... I can't do a screenshot on the Wii.

That's the error message I get. By process of elimination I'm thinking it's caused by one of 3 ads:
Tyson - sidebar
One A Day vitamins - sidebar
SodaStream - bottom banner

The ViaCord top banner ad was there when it happened once, but then it showed up again later & it was fine.

Not sure what this is, but whenever I try to view a thread my internet explorer dies and "blue lithium ads pops up in my search bar.

Have you logged into hyenacart the last few days? They were attacked and comps got some root virus. I will report this to Juan anyway though.

nope, but I have been on etsy, amazon, and ebay. Seems to only happen on here.

I was at my friends and she cannot do anything online now. She got a malware that is called :

XP security cleaner pro

It pretends it is from Windows and wants you to click, once you click it is in your computer, and then it infiltrates harder and harder till you cannot even turn the machine off.

The reason I menitone it here is because I got the same thing while looking at this site and so did my friend.

My avg has blocked some kind of a 'beerserve' thing 2-3 times. When it popped up on a different computer, the thing acted like it was there to solve the problem, like it was an antivirus thing, but at the bottom, it asked if I wanted to allow changes from that same 'beerserve' thing, so I got out toot-sweet!
