Tried and true cereal bars?

My kids LOVE cereal bars; the soft ones similar to nutrigrain. I thought I would try making a homemade version. Made some this morning, and while the flavor is great, they're awfully crumbly for a snack that I would love to travel well.

Do you have a tried and true recipe that travels well? Do share!

These are so good! My kids love them and they hold together really well. They do call for gluten free oats, but you can use regular if you dont need gluten free.

Ooh, thanks! I love the low sugar content and use of coconut oil. The ones I made today were too sweet.

Anyone else care to chime in?
