just made it again today, yum, and i did a second batch and added part of a jar of roasted peppers (yellow and red) delicious!!

i just make hummus and omit the tahini w/out any problems - i dont put sour cream but otherwise that recipe looks pretty much like mine

if i want less fat i put some water in in place of some olive oil

I know that they make vegan sour cream that isn't too bad. I tried the tofutti!!! I had a close friend that was vegan and for fun we would bake each other vegan treats.

I love hummus, this sounds good! When I make hummus, I put unsweetened peanut butter in it instead of the tahini. It's yummy!

I'm making some right now! It's good on a tortilla with salsa and grated carrot, maybe some sprouts...yum!

interesting, I never tried with sour cream either. I use Tahini and the jar lasts me forever since you only need about a tbsp each time.

I think i will try it , it's so easy to whip up with a food processor
